Looks like this could be a piece of 3B Scientific’s Skeleton Sam, but due to uncertainty, leaving it as unbranded. I have given this a quick wipe down, but could use a more detailed cleaning as it was very dusty upon receiving it. Upper arm area near where elbow would attach is a bit fragile, but still in tact.
