Introduction MS® PTFE Syringe filters are broadly used for infiltration of various organic solvents, as well as the filtration of strong acid and strong alkali solutions. The Luer lock filter is also suitable for gas filtration. HPLC Syringe Filters are typically used for clarification, sterile filtration, sample preparation, sterile venting and medical applications. All the syringe filters are certified by HPLC Extractable Test. PTFE Syringe Filter with uniform pore size, high porosity, and high retention efficiency. 25mm disc diameter, 0.45μm, pore size. This PTFE needle filter material is a PTFE membrane, with the naturally hydrophobic, it with broad chemical compatibility and strong chemical stability and inertia, strong hydrophobicity. PTFE syringe filters housing is made of premium polypropylene(PP) material with a unique threaded interface (Luer lock) design, non-sterile, no adhesive, and no contamination of the sample. It can be autoclaved and sterilized at 121°C/249.8℉ for 30 minutes. ISO 9001 certificated, ensuring the quality of the filter from the first inspection, mid-control inspection, patrol inspection, and warehouse inspection.
